Inactivated vaccine against Newcastle Disease, VH strain & Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD), field strain in oil emulsion
Newcastle Disease is a highly contagious viral infection of poultry caused by Avian orthoavulavirus 1. It affects the respiratory, nervous, and digestive systems, with symptoms ranging from mild respiratory signs to severe neurological disorders and high mortality. Transmission occurs through direct contact or contaminated materials. Vaccination and strict biosecurity are essential for control.
Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) is a highly contagious viral infection of young chickens caused by Infectious Bursal Disease Virus (IBDV), targeting the bursa of Fabricius. It leads to immunosuppression, increased susceptibility to secondary infections, and reduced vaccine efficacy. Transmission is primarily via the fecal-oral route. Control relies on hygiene, biosecurity, and vaccination.
